Head over to the Reservation page and choose a class time you like. From there, just click on any available bike or mat. If a class is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist. If a bike or mat opens up in that class, you'll be placed into the class and notified via email or phone.
Every Sunday at 5:00pm, the booking window opens for the coming week. This will allow you to register for as many classes you want for the following Tuesday through Monday. We encourage you to sign up for your favorite classes as soon as possible as many classes fill up quickly. SuperFly members have a 48-hour early booking window that allows them to register for the coming week's classes on Friday at 2:00pm.
You must cancel a class by 5:00pm the day before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. If you cancel after 5:00pm, you will forfeit one credit or, if you hold a monthly membership, you will be charged $20. The only way to cancel a class is under My Account on the Flywheel website.
If you fail to show up for a class you're signed up for, you will forfeit the credit used to reserve the class or, if you hold a monthly membership, you will be charged $20.
As soon as a bike or mat has opened up for you, we will notify you by phone or email. Remember, when you put yourself on a waitlist, the system uses one of your credits to hold your place. If you have made other plans and do not plan to attend class, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid penalty. You may remove yourself under My Account on our website.
Arrive early to your first class and let the front desk staff know that it's your first visit. A Flywheel staff member will then take you through a brief orientation to get you ready. And remember, Flywheel indoor cycling and FlyBarre are great for all fitness levels; our instructors will lead you every step of the way.
We recommend you take 3 classes per week. You will see results even if you ride or take FlyBarre with us once or twice a week, but you'll feel maximum effect if you can get to three times!
Once you have your own account, every time you take a Flywheel indoor cycling class, certain performance metrics like RPMs, Torq (Resistance), Power, Speed, Distance and Estimated Calories Burned will be saved in the My Performance section of your account. At Flywheel, we emphasize a Total Power score - a measure of resistance (Torq) and speed (rpm). By tracking your performance history you'll be able to set your own goals and measure your results over time.
And if you're not interested in the numbers, just close your eyes and enjoy the ride!

No. You have to purchase separate credits for FlyBarre and Flywheel indoor cycling classes.

There is nothing like a Flywheel workout. Our instructors are bursting with energy, motivation, and support. Our instructors lead by example - they ride (and sweat) along with the group while providing the positive encouragement that will push you to reach your goals.
Our studios feature stadium-style seating which means there's not a bad seat in the house.
Our proprietary technology is completely unique and allows you to track your performance and progress against your personal goals. The "tech packs" on our bikes display Torq (resistance), RPM's, and Power Output. We also have in-studio large screen TV's called Torqboards that allow you - if you choose to participate - to compare your scores to others in the class. And, your scores and stats from each class are uploaded in real time to your personal account on our website so that you can track how you're doing.
Music is also key, and our instructors are known for having the best playlists that are choreographed to the terrain of the ride. Also, specialty classes will focus on a particular genre of music - from rock to hip hop to dance music.

We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes before the start of your first class. When you arrive at the studio, here's what you'll need to do to make your first ride as smooth as possible:
No. Almost anyone can benefit from a Flywheel indoor cycling class. You can go at your own pace by controlling the resistance on your bike. Indoor cycling classes are a great way to get fit, and stay fit. If you are concerned about taking a class due to a physical condition, consult your physician before taking a class for the first time.
No, because at Flywheel you get them for free! And you get more out of your workout with cycling shoes - almost 30% more! Cycling shoes are made with a very stiff sole that enables more powerful pedal strokes. You can work the backs of your legs more effectively because you are clipped in and connected to the bike. At Flywheel, we will store your bikes shoes for you, or you can borrow a pair from us, free of charge.
Pedals on Flywheel bikes use LOOK Delta or SPD cleats. Our shoe rentals that we provide and that most people use are have LOOK Delta cleats.

We recommend comfortable workout attire, including padded bicycle shorts. Avoid loose fitting long pants that could get caught in the pedals. A full range of workout apparel is available for purchase at our studio.
Flywheel classes are designed to be safe. We follow every best practice protocol in the fitness business and all staff are CPR trained. However, we always recommend that you consult your physicians for guidance on an exercise program that is safe for you.
FlyBarre is a full body workout based on high repetitions at low weights, designed to lengthen, tone, and sculpt. Expect a highly energetic, fast-paced, and challenging class!
FlyBarre is designed to be appropriate for all fitness levels. You do what you can, and you are always welcome to come out of positions you cannot sustain. Our instructors are trained to assist people of all abilities. We offer a beginner's level class for those who are new, and we also offer private sessions if you want to study the method one-on-one at your own pace. With time, you will get better and better!
We recommend three classes per week, although even one class a week will give you greater strength, energy, and muscle tone.
Form-fitting clothing so that you can move easily and see each area of the body, with socks or bare feet!
