Instructors / Jason Morss

With over a decade of teaching experience in indoor cycling, boot camps and fitness in the Boca area, Jason is excited to become a member of the Flywheel team. In his native England, Jason served as a member of Her Majesty’s Royal Marine Commandos and of an elite counter terrorism group, before heading to South Florida. Starting out as an Aquatics Manager for Royal Caribbean Cruises, teaching SCUBA and water sports on board the RCCL fleet, Jason decided to settle in South Florida and began to pursue a career in Fire Rescue.

Jason is proud to be a Lieutenant with Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, the training officer for the SWAT team’s tactical medical program, and the Fire Department’s Dive Rescue Team. Jason recently completed his second degree at St. Thomas University and he continues to work as a security consultant, recently contracted in Brazil, Western Africa and England.

Jason’s classes are high energy and challenging, fueled by a well thought out play list and endless motivation. Outside of training and instructing, Jason focuses on his most important job of all, being the best father that he can be to his beautiful daughter.
